Your team doesn't have a conflict problem. It has a translation problem.
A 75-minute live working session for founders and people leaders. Bring your DISC results, learn to read the behavioural mix on your own team, and walk out with a communication operating system you can use on Monday.
One message. Four completely different readings. That is the translation problem.

Why does the same misunderstanding keep happening?
It is rarely about skill, and it is almost never about who is right. Your people run on different communication wiring and nobody handed them the manual. So the same friction repeats, quietly taxing every Slack thread and every meeting.
A one-line Slack reads as cold
Someone fires off a quick message. Someone else reads it as clipped, maybe hostile. Nobody says anything. The resentment sits there and compounds. Repeat on Monday.
Decide now versus sleep on it
Your Driver wants the call made in the room. Your Planner needs the night to think. Neither is wrong. Both walk out annoyed at the other.
You have given the note three times
They nod every time. Nothing moves. The message was fine. The delivery never matched how that person actually takes information in.
Half the room checks out
Half think out loud and build momentum. The other half need quiet to form a view. Same agenda, two completely different experiences.
of leaders have a gap between how they naturally communicate and how they actually show up at work.
That gap is invisible to the person living it, and expensive for the team around them. The workshop is where you finally see yours, and your team's.
Four styles. One shared language. Zero guesswork.
DISC measures how someone handles problems, deals with people, the pace they move at, and how they relate to rules. No horoscopes, no box you are stuck in for life. Here is what the four styles look like when they walk into your standup.
Dominance
Direct · Decisive · Results-drivenThrives under pressure. Will cut your meeting short, on purpose. Thank them for it.
Influence
Enthusiastic · Optimistic · SocialInspires collaboration. Turns a status update into a pep rally, then pins down the deadline.
Steadiness
Patient · Reliable · Team-focusedBuilds harmony. Has already spotted the problem nobody flagged. Ask and they'll tell you.
Conscientious
Analytical · Precise · Quality-drivenMaintains standards. Asked the awkward question in review. The product is better for it.
A working session, not a lecture.
You arrive with your own DISC results. We spend the session turning them into something you can use: a read on your team, the friction worth naming, and a first move you can make on Monday.
Read yourself
Pull up your results. Natural versus adaptive style, and the gap that costs you.
Read the room
Map the mix on a team you lead and find the friction worth naming first.
Adapt in real time
Live scenarios where you rewrite a real message to match how the other person is wired.
Leave with a move
The first two levels of the Six Levels, your Monday action, and live Q&A.
The bonuses are worth more than the ticket.
Communication scripts
Style-by-style templates for the exact conversations you keep getting wrong: feedback, disagreement, the hard yes.
Team-mapping worksheet
The same planner Fahd uses to map a team's mix and flag the friction worth addressing first.
Session recording
The full workshop, yours to keep and share with anyone on your team who could not make it live.
One seat, or bring the team.
DISC pays off when a team can read each other, so the more of your people in the room, the better. Every seat is paid, which keeps the room serious.
The default. Early bird $79 for the first 48 hours. Self-qualifies a serious individual buyer.
Reserve one seatThe sweet spot for DISC. A small leadership team in the room together, still every seat paid.
Bring the teamTeams don't just like it. They use it.
“We did this before our leadership offsite. The shared language it created made the entire strategy session more productive than any we've had.”
“This assessment gave me a communication playbook I actually use in my 1:1s every week. It's not just a label: it's a tool.”
“I've done DISC three times before. This is the first time I actually understood how to use it day-to-day. The AI conversation was surprisingly insightful.”
Who this is for, and who it isn't.

Questions, answered straight.
01 Do I need to have done DISC before?
No. The free AI DISC assessment is the pre-work and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Take it before the session so you arrive with your own profile and we can get straight to using it.
02 What if I cannot attend live?
Your seat includes the full recording, yours to keep. The live session is where the team-reading exercise happens, so come if you can, but you lose nothing if a meeting runs over.
03 Is this just a personality quiz?
No. It is a paid working session that turns your DISC profile into an operating system for how your team communicates. You leave with a real read on your team and a Monday action, not a label.
04 Is $99 worth it for 75 minutes?
The session plus three bonuses (scripts, worksheet, recording) carry more value than the ticket. And the first bad decision you stop from leaving the room pays for it many times over.
05 Can I bring my team?
Yes, and you should. DISC works best when a team reads each other. Grab the 3-plus team rate at $79 a seat, or add a single teammate to any ticket for $29.
Your team speaks four different languages. Time to get a translator.
Communication friction is not a personality problem. It is a productivity and retention problem wearing a personality costume. Seventy-five minutes gives you a shared operating manual you will use for years.
